VICKREY provided civil design services that included completion of a preliminary engineering site plan, fire flow analysis, and final construction documents for this 192-unit multi-family apartment complex located on a single lot, 10-acre site east of the intersection with Leah Drive and Medical Parkway, in San Marcos, Hays County, Texas. The development included eight apartment buildings, a clubhouse with swimming pool, driveway lanes with parking spaces, site grading, site storm sewer, and site utilities. This project incorporated multiple low impact developments (LIDs) including rain gardens, bio‑swales, and integrated pest management (IPM) practices.
